When it comes to programs like the ones we offer, you may have some questions about audience size, technical aspects, and other important details. This page will help you speed up the organization of the programs so can be ready to schedule in no time. We try and answer all your questions here on the website! Audience Size
We want to make sure that everyone is seated comfortably so they can enjoy the show. In all reality, the programs can handle up to 500 students at one time, but we HIGHLY recommend forming smaller groups.

Age/Grade Levels
Programs are easily adapted to the faces that are infront of the performer. These programs are HIGHLY recommended for students K-12.

Show Length
Each program runs 45-55 minutes. It can be shorten to fit your schedule.

Set-Up Time
We ask for 30-60 minutes of set up before the intial show at each campus. When scheduling shows back-to-back at one campus, we ask for 15 minutes to set up or reset a program for the next group. If there is a curtain on your stage, the set-up can easily be done behind it and while the next group enters. The performance space will need to be free of debris and furnture as well.

Technical Requirements
We provide our own sound and production equipment. All we ask is that we have a place to plug in. 1-2 power outlets is fine.

Teaming Up
We HIGHLY recommend teaming up with schools and libraries in your district and/or area! Contact as many schools and libraries as you can! Teaming up will bring down the cost for all of you! For even further DISCOUNTS, you can check the schedule to see if we are already going to be in your area. We would be more than happy to find a team for you. Keep in mind- Schools and libraries do not have to be in the same district to team up!

Travel Expenses
We don't require 5-star hotels, limo service to the venue, or a green room filled with goodies. Infact, almost all of our clients DO NOT PAY ANY TRAVEL EXPENSES. When you see our pricing sheet, you will understand how we make this possible for you! You can Click Here for pricing information.

Scheduling Process
It is simple. Once all of your questions are answered, request to be put on the calendar immediately! Dates vanish QUICKLY! We will then send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. The show is NOT scheduled until you have received this confirmation email. Once we send you your confirmation, we will then send each school and/or library a Teacher's Kit for each program they scheduled.

Date(s) on HOLD
We can temporarily place a date on HOLD to ensure that in doesn't get scooped up by someone else while you are getting your budget approved. HOLDS are good for 3 days. We will keep in contact with you when the HOLD time is about to expire.

Convenience
When you team up with other schools or libraries, you SAVE! For your convenience, we can invoice each school individually or as group. What ever works BEST for YOU!

Deposit
There is NO deposit required to schedule.

Payment Deadline
Typically, payment is due on the day of the program. We understand the process that your purchasing department goes through to cut a check. As much as we would like to be paid as we are packing up from a great day of programming, we know that it may not always be possible.

Book Orders
After every program, students will have the opportunity to place an order for a very special magic book written by John O'Bryant! This allows us to promote reading with every show. After School Programming
We offer the same great programs after school. You will still get the privilage of teaming up with the schools and libraries in your area!
